These little treat bags are easy to make and they are sure to bring a smile to the faces of your little trick-or-treaters!
Here are my supplies:
I found these adorable Muslin bags at Michaels. They are from the company Celebrate It and they are 3x4 inches - 12 of these came in a package for only a few dollars. A black ink pad, Halloween pumpkin face stamp, assorted Halloween candy, and some RIT Dye in the color Sunshine Orange.

Following the directions on the RIT package, I used the stove top method to dye the little bags.
I let them dry completely, stamped each of them and then filled them with candy - here they are all finished:
